In the first 250 Moto, points leader Alex Martin tangled with teammate Aaron Plessinger early in the race. Martin fell back to 25th place. Joey Savatgy picked through all the Yamaha riders to take the lead which he held onto for most of the race, until a tipover late in the race allowed Jeremy Martin to get by and take the win. Savatgy held on for second, while Alex Martin fought back for an 8th place finish.
Ken Roczen won the first 450 Moto in another race where he took an early lead and was never challenged.
In the second 250 Moto, Savatgy fought off an early charge by Adam Ciancarullo to take a lead he would never relinquish. Alex Martin had another rough start, but charged hard and worked his way up through the pack. He made it up to second and pushed Savatgy on the final few laps, but couldn't catch him, and settled for a second place finish. Jeremy Martin took third.
Ken Roczen started mid pack in 450 moto 2. Ryan Dungey didn't start much better. Trey Canard and Cole Seely found themselves battling for the lead. As Dungey was making his move towards the front he caught a rut and went down, falling back to 20th place. Roczen sliced his way through the field and made his way to the front early in the race and was never challenged. Eli Tomac also had to work his way up from deep in the pack to finish second. Dungey made it up to a fourth place finish behind Seely. |
