Alex Martin went wire-to-wire in the first 250 moto. After Martin took the holeshot, Joey Savatgy fell in behind and the two riders checked out from the rest of the pack. Savatgy was on Martin’s rear wheel the whole race, but Martin was able to hold off everything Savatgy had and hang on for a close win. After a mid-pack start, Cooper Webb fought his way to a third-place finish.
Phil Nicolleti took the holeshot, with Andrew Short right behind him. Ken Roczen started a few bikes back but quickly worked his way up to Nicoletti’s rear tire. Roczen finally got the pass on Nicoletti just as the two finished the first lap. Once Roczen got the lead he was never challenged. Eli Tomac worked his way up to second. Christophe Pourcel was running in third place late before crashing out of the race.
In the second moto, Cooper Webb got the holeshot. Joey Savatgy made a hard move on Webb to take the lead, but when they got together Austin Forkner got out front. Webb and Savatgy got together again a few turns later, and this time they both got stuck and took Jeremy Martin out with them. Forkner took advantage of the mayhem to pick up his first career moto win. Alex Martin worked up to second place for the overall win.
Marvin Musquin holeshotted the 2nd 450 moto, with Ken Roczen hot on his tail. It took Roczen about 4 turns to get past Musquin. Eli Tomac worked past Musquin after a few laps and then reeled Roczen in and made the pass about 8 minutes into the race. This time Tomac was the one to check out for the win. Roczen held on for a second place finish.
