Dylan Ferrandis got the holeshot with Austin Forkner getting pushed back to fifth place. Forkner quickly worked up to third place and then fought with Christian Craig for second place for a few laps before finally making the pass. Forkner kept close to Ferrandis for about five laps and then made a smash pass on Ferrandis with 5 minutes left to take the lead.
Once he got the lead, Forkner pulled away from the crowd.
Jett Lawrence started deep in the field and worked his way up and passed Michael Mosiman for third with three laps to go.
450 Class
Eli Tomac and Cooper Webb got tangled up a bit in the opening turn with Webb coming out of it in first place and Tomac dropping back to tenth.
Webb held the lead for three minutes before Ken Roczen snuck past him for the lead. Roczen struggled to finish races the past three races and announced during the week that he was suffering from shingles. But today he was able to keep the pace and hold the lead.
Tomac battled with Malcolm Stewart for fourth place for awhile and both riders passed Zach Osborne. Then Tomac was able to get past Stewart and pull away for third. Tomac started to gain ground on the leaders but with about four minutes left seemed content to settle for third.
